Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

 

Matinas BioPharma Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing a strategic collaboration with National Resilience, Inc. (“Resilience”). A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated herein by reference.

Item 8.01. Other Events.

 

On January 11, 2023, the Company announced a strategic collaboration Resilience. The Company and Resilience entered into a Material Transfer and Evaluation Agreement focused on exploring the potential for oral delivery of identified nucleic acids pursuant to which the parties will collaborate on a research program comprising the design, formulation, optimization, and in vitro and in vivo testing of these nucleic acid formats in combination with the Company’s proprietary LNC platform.
